"Horrible communication. I called and left two voicemails and never got a call back. I finally got a hold of someone and they told me they closed my claim without communicating any information to me. No text. No email. No letter. I do not recommend this agency."

"I have been with RJ Bergstrom and his associates for 5 years. I transferred over from AllState because I no longer felt that I was in their 'good hands', but more like their hands were in my wallet. "State Farm offers no coverage for those who were unfortunate enough to suffer a loss due to Hail/Wind. If you have no claim history and are less likely to file a claim they will gladly take your money, but God forbid you use an insurance policy to restore damages. Policies are meant for a company to make money, not pay out. Like a good neighbor, that's funny....."

"I had the privilege of being connected to Alijah. After a week of dealing with many insurance companies trying to find the HO6 policy I need, I started the conversation less the happy. Alijah changed my frustration quickly. She was incredibly understanding and even helped me with an additional policy. She provided the best experience I've ever encountered with insurance needs! "Love this office and the agent we work with is great very proactive and watches out for our best interests. Let;s us know when they have ways to give us the best coverage we need at the best rates. We carry both homeowners insurance and car insurance. RJ always checks in with us to review our insurance it least once a year to make sure we are getting the coverage services that benefit us the best.
